Ophthalmologica Indonesiana (OI) is an open access journal, meaning that all content is freely available without charge to the user or their institution. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author, in accordance with the terms of the journal's Creative Commons license (see Copyright Notice below).

OI supports the free flow of scientific knowledge and believes that open access to research accelerates scientific discovery, encourages innovation, and enriches education.
